Spring break is the perfect time to prepare and rest before the next few months of school begin. For some people, it might be a great opportunity to see family, and even go out of state to do so. Our students were very grateful for such a great break and enjoyed many fun activities during their week off.
Dominic Holste (‘27), a student at our school, didn’t go out of state, but he did enjoy his time with friends and family at a lake in Missouri.
“Going to the lake and hanging out with friends was definitely the best part of my spring break,” Dominic Holste said.
Other students, like Ashton Hendee (‘26) went out of town all the way down to Florida. There, he, a few friends, and family did so many fun things, like taking long walks, going to a go-kart arena, and, of course, eating a ton.
“Over my spring break, I went to Florida with some friends and family,” Ashton Hendee said, “We rode go karts, ate tons of food, and went on a few walks.”
As for Kaia Zerface (‘29), staying home and hanging out with friends was on her agenda.
“The highlight of my spring break was hanging out with my best friend Ellie,” Kaia said, “We went to the creek, went shopping, and made slime.”
Some students even got a new addition to their family. Taylor McRoberts (‘29) said she and her family got a new pet.
“During spring break, I hung out with my friends, and my family got a new pet bird,” Taylor McRoberts said.
Our students truly did enjoy the last full week break before summer vacation. Whether it was getting a new pet or going all the way to Florida and getting a nice tan, spring break was definitely a win for our school.
