North Point High School’s new spirit week is called the Twelve Days of Grizzmas, which is a twelve-day spirit week with a holiday theme for each day.
Starting on December 5, the first theme is Grizzmas Vacation where you wear Hawaiian-themed clothes and accessories.
On December 6, you dress up as your favorite holiday movie. December 9 is Candy Cane Couture where you dress with stripes and December 10 is Holiday Headgear where you dress up with any sort of holiday hat, headband or any school appropriate accessory that goes on your head.
December 11 brings Clash of Carolers, where all the grades will have their own theme. Freshman dress as reindeer, Sophomores dress as gingerbread, Juniors as snowmen, Seniors as elves, and staff as Santa. The next 6 days will be published soon.
If you dress up as the theme for the day you get a free raffle ticket. You can then turn in the raffle ticket to the raffle booth and get a prize from one of the five prize baskets in the cafeteria during WIN time.
The baskets include: foreign candy, an activities basket, self care items, a Blues basket with season Blues tickets to see a game of the season and get merch, and a grand prize basket with two of the Six Flags Platinum passes.
“My favorite part, the tradition I’ve kept up since year one, is I go all the way to Build a Bear and I make an official North Point Build a Bear that goes in the grand prize basket with the Six Flags tickets.” Ike Estep (‘25), an active STUCO member said.
