Siblings chosen, not by choice but by chance, is a gift from God. It is like having a friend for life, someone you can count on. In addition, it’s nice when you need help with something or when you are on the football field, and you trust them to get a touchdown. Well, that’s the case for brothers Ta’vren and Ty’ron Williams, quarterback and wide receiver of our Grizzlies.
“It feels great being on the same team as my little brother because it gives me that extra boost of confidence,” Ty’ron Williams (‘26) said
Being a brother comes with sharing trust, and sometimes that’s what you need to accomplish great things and potentially go to state.
“We feel good about our win against Washington, and now we’re gonna win state,” Ty’ron Williams (‘26) said
They have a bond like no other. They have been improving their game together since kids, which is why they are here being successful today.
“It feels great playing with my brother, and we have been playing together for our whole life,” Ta’Vern Williams (‘27) said.
Ta’vren and Tyron being QB and WR mean a lot of connecting plays, passes and a TON of touchdowns. They use that connection to get it done. They have to be one of the best duos in high school football right now, leading us to a 6-2 record and being 2nd in our district. We are truly grateful to have such players on our team and look forward to their journey to state.
