There are many good plot twists and mysteries that the characters have to face. The characters are very well written and if you enjoy found family tropes then this is the book for you.
If you would like to read more about the political side of fantasy worlds then you would probably enjoy Cruel Prince by Holly Black. The Cruel Prince is a three book series, including other books that are in the same universe but follow different characters, and is less action packed and has less romance than Throne of Glass so if you are just getting into fantasy then this would be a great series to start with.
If you don’t want fantasy at all and you just want to settle down with a cute romcom the Lynn Painter would be the perfect author to check out. Her books are cute little romantic comedy books that usually follow two characters in high school.
One of her most popular books would probably be Better Than The Movies. This book is definitely for all the movie lovers out there. There are a lot of movie and music references scattered throughout this book. If you enjoy this first one, Nothing Like The Movies, which would be the second book, comes out in October.

This is a dystopian, romantic, thriller with many plot twists. This book is great for when you never want to know what to expect or what characters you can and can’t trust.
