Last week, we had an eventful and fun week to lead up to homecoming. The week was known as ‘Hoco Spirit Week’ and the students loved it.

“I did it because my friends did and it was fun to do,” Amaya Brison (’26) said.

Monday was Neon Day. Tuesday was White Lie Day. Wednesday was Color Wars. And, Thursday was pajama day, which was a big hit.

“I did it because I wanted to boost school spirit,” Cheyenne Petelik (’26) said.

Although the week started off slowly, by the end, a lot of students were dressed in pj’s.

“I like Spirit Week and it was a fun experience,” Rashae Williams (’26) said.

The next Spirit Week will be the Twelve Days of Holidays, which the students and staff are looking forward to.
