While most are at practice and others are at home, there is one group of people that are taking the time to help their bodies with extra work after school and every day after school. From 2:30-3:30, you can work out and learn good form and good exercises and stretching to give your body the exercise it needs. If you want to play football this upcoming season, working out with the coaches and some of the team is a good way to get a good start and a good way to meet the coaches and players.

Working out is a good way to boost your endurance and your muscular strength it also delivers oxygen to your muscles and it also improves your heart and lung health doing physical activities for an hour can help so much over time.

“It’s good for your health and your body in general,” Evan Murray (25’) said.

If you were to work out after school it will be five days a week and every day will be something different that you are working on and everything that goes on in the weight room is good for your health.

“It’s fun and it’s good for your body,” Ben Clercx (24’) said.

If you can’t get a ride home and you don’t want to ride the bus you can spend time in the weight room getting stronger.

“It’s a good way to spend time with friends and it’s good for your body,” Micheal Hammond (24’) said.

If you are looking to get stronger and you are looking to join the football team this upcoming season, the offseason workouts are free. If you want to get stronger, go to the weight room after school before 2:30.
